Consultancy
Devsuits, through its experienced consultants, conducts baseline studies, mid-term and final evaluations, formulates projects and results frameworks, develops monitoring and evaluation framework, designs and develops resource mobilization strategies, develops strategic plans, develops advocacy strategies, carries out researches, helps organizations prepare project completion/annual reports, document lessons learned and many more.

Devsuits provides training, nationally and internationally, on subjects related with project cycle management, including results based management, project formulation, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, effective communication, project cycle management, resource mobilization, etc.

Events management
Devsuits has experience of managing international, regional, national and local events. It has managed events of 150-200 persons representing from as many as 13 countries. Services in events management include layout of displays including banner, digital display, sound system, lighting, simultaneous interpretation, instant photography, rapporteurs, report writing and more as per the requirements of its clients. Handling the registration desks, taking still pictures and video shoots, providing shuttle services, printing photowalls or pledge boards, supplying necessary stationeries are some of the small details of services Devsuits can provide.
